Patent: is a set of exclusive rights granted by a State to an inventor or his assignee for a limited period of time in exchange for a disclosure of an invention.

Bosko Water Technologies Ltd. currently owns two international patents granted for technologies which have been developed by Mr. Robert S. Bosko, P.E. our Chief Technology Officer and Inventor.

These technologies have been incorporated into our system designs and form the critical basis which are our key differentiators. In addition, there are two other patents that are pending. All patents have been registered through the PCT application process.
